PATU 11/08 is a restaurant set inside a 19th-century mansion on Vasilyevsky Island.
At the heart of the dining room — and the concept itself — is an extensive raw bar and a signature Argentine grill, created by executive chef Yaroslav Svintsov.

The bar's philosophy carries the kitchen's ethos forward: respect for the ingredient, flavour shaped by fire, smoke and heat, and the depth that only aging and fermentation can bring; the wine list balances discovery and heritage: half rising stars, half rare and mature classics.
In shaping the interior, we revealed the mansion's original proportions, bringing tradition into conversation with the avant-garde. Nothing is unnecessary. Every choice is made with our guests in mind, while breathing new life into the building's historic walls.
